Return and Refund Policy

At VIBEHAUSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help! Please review our return and refund policy:

1. Return Policy

You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Return Period: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your items.
• Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Exclusions: Certain products, such as opened or used essential oils and diffusers, are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the replacement item. Shipping fees for the new item will apply.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at contact@vibehause.com with a description and photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge.

6. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@vibehause.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
