2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada, no matter the size of the order.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location in Canada. We process orders within 1–2 business days, and once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can also track your order directly through your account on our website.

5. Can I return an item?

Yes! You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure that the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@vibehause.com with a description and photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.

7. Do you offer exchanges?

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the new item.

8. Do you ship outside of Canada?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

9. What should I do if I haven't received my package?

10. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
